This quest is picked up (by Horde) from Awilo Lon’gomba, or (by Alliance) Katherine Lee, the grand master cooking trainer in Dalaran. Just run around the city in bars and inns looking for wine glasses with the lootable sparkles (don’t forget to check upstairs, some guests like a nightcap before bed). You’ll get most of what you need in the inn you got the quest from.

The cheese shop is on the east side of the city, next door to the Bank of Dalaran and the horde quarter. The cheese is not sold by the vendor but rather looted from a table by the door (don’t feel bad about stealing, its crappy cheese).

Use the platter in your inventory (looks like a low level shield) to combine the items into your quest item and turn it in at Legendary Leathers at the very back of the Magus Commerce Exchange.

“One More Glass” the cheese shop is located at 53, 32.

Center front on the table in the alcove to the right of the entrance
On the table to the left (with the flower), on the front left corner
On the table in front of npc Lucien Trias, the front left on the brown square
Front corner of the table all the way upstairs
Outside, on the platter on the corner of the table in front of Fiala Sweetberry

Center front on the table in the alcove to the right of the entrance (same spot as the cheese)
Table on the left (with the flower) on the right side in front of the brown square
On the table in front of npc Lucien Trias, front left on the brown square
Corner of the back table to Lucien’s left
Upstairs landing, on the corner of the grey crate
Top of the stairs, on the crate next to the jug
Upstairs table, on the back corner
Outside, on the right side of the table in front of Fiala Sweetberry
Outside, the table near Fiala, in front of the wine bottles

Bedroom night stand table with the cake slice next to the canopy bed
Bedroom night stand table with the books on it

*The Ledgermain Lodge spawn points are:
On the far left corner of the bar near the door
On the barrel next to the pot-bellied stove by the door
On the right side of the bar between the book & the tray with the glasses
On the table with the red fruit on it
On the table with the bread (right next to the bread)
Upstairs night stand table next to the canopy bed
Upstairs, both night stand tables in the room with the empty bookcase

*In the Violet Hold:
On the crate in the corner behind Archmage Timear
Down the ramp on the platform in front of Timear, on the barrel
Near Archmage Lan’dalock, on top of the barrel near the jug
Down the ramp on the crate nearest Torgo the Younger

*In the Underbelly:
On the brown table in front of the Innkeeper
On the box between the two hammocks
On the table on the dock next to Asris & Jadaar

I’m sure I’ve missed some spots, and I don’t know the specific spawn points in “The Filthy Animal,” but these are ones I know of. The spawns appear to be on different timers, with some spots respawning more often than others.
