Priests have a spell called Divine Hymn, which incapacitates the target and puts fear on CD. Well, there are some tricks like DH+Mana Burns which is mostly common knowledge, but what is not that known is the fact that DH doesn’t get you in combat. I’m sure some people might find other uses for this, but now I’ll share the ressurection trick.

Now, lets imagine you, as a priest, are left in a 1v1 situation in arena. Ress with borrwed time + PI + engi gloves without much haste is about 5.9 secs cast, which is still pretty hard to pull off. The catch is is that you cat trick your opponent into DH while you’re not in combat before you pull it off. Which will make the enemy stunned for 10 seconds and you won’t be in combat, so you can easily pull a 5.9sec ress off. That’s how we did it a couple of times. It can seem pretty useless or hard to pull off, but it can win you a game.

TL;DR
Use Divine Hymn while you’re out of combat on enemy, use haste buffs, ressurect.

So, I borrowed my friends account to show you a couple of screenshots. First is me hitting a dummy with holy fire, and you can see that the water is grayed out. On the second one I use hymn and drink almost instantly (you can see that the water buff is 28 out of 30 secs and hymn on the enemy is still more than 6 seconds left)
