You need to have a talent called Hysteria in blood, which you can put on a person in your party. This talent gives him a 20% dmg increase for 20(?) sec. Now the funny part is, it also makes him lose 1% of his hp each second.
Duel your friend which is in your party(!). Win the duel, and be quick to put hysteria on him. Watch your party member rage while he dies of the hysteria dot!
You can mount up on your magnificent flying carpet (only that worked for me) and fly back into sewers and fly around in there cause for some reason you wont get dismounted or the warning with ”Warning. you have entered bla bla bla” thing

in Sholazar Basin you get a quest called “Some Make Lemonaid, Some Make Liquor”.
It requires you to go around the zone and gather fruits from “Sturdy Vines” that hang from various tree’s. (when u click the vines fruits drop that u must then click to get the fruit)
Well i found that if you are a druid and have flightform you can click the vines from air and have the fruits not fall to the ground, and just sit in the air floating.
This is a great way to make your friends say “WTF” or get multiple vines before looting without having others steal your fruit
While in the forest area of Nexus you receive a buff call regeneration aura (4% hp 2% mana every 2 secs)
This buff is suppose to be removed while fighting Omorok the Tree Mender once you enter his area.
The exploit: Simply pull him back off his platform down the ramp and everyone will keep the buff. Heals are able to spam heals the whole fight and dps has no mana problems.
Definitley not working as intended because this makes the easy fight extremely easy.

This trick requires killing yourself. You kill yourself, and if the Darkmoon card Twisting nether trinket procs as you die, the talent will turn you into a ghoul but when the card procs heres where it bugs out.

Only the best Personal&Team rating-free Arena/Honor item will be listed per slot (only exceptions are some items with +hit).
Several crafted healing items are omitted because a better crafted damage item exists at the same level of progression.
Healing tier-items are only listed if they are better than their damage equivalent, same goes for items you can buy for emblem of heroism/valor.
If an item exists that should make the rankings and isn’t excluded due to one of the above reasons, then follow the instructions at the bottom of this post to have it added.

Numbers in red are the value of an item’s proc.
Numbers in orange are the value of an item when including hit.
Numbers in bold indicate that the item moves to #1 when the relevant set bonuses and/or hit are considered.

What is Spell Hit?
Spell hit is a combat attribute that increases a caster’s chance to hit with spells. Spell hit is primarily obtained from talents or gear that has hit rating. The more gear with hit rating a caster has the lower the chance the caster’s spells will miss (i.e. an enemy resist the spells). With patch 3.0.2, spell hit is capped at 100%; with enough spell hit, it is possible to reach a state where it is impossible for your spells to miss. A spell that fails to hit is shown as a miss, while misses caused by a target’s resistance is shows as a resist. Spell hit has no effect on healing spells, as they will always hit.
Spell hit rating is part of the combat rating system that was introduced with Patch 2.0 and the Burning Crusade expansion. Each point of hit rating increases chance to hit with spells by a percentage. The exact percentage per point is based only on the players level. When the player’s level increases, the points of +hit rating needed to achieve +1% chance to hit with spells increases as well. Viz, the percentage contribution by each +hit rating point is reduced when the player’s level is increased.

So by now, I figure most of you are well on your way to 80, and are probably starting to ask yourself: Which reputation should I grind first? There’s tons of ways to choose, be it roleplaying who your character would align themselves with or choosing the one that’s easiest to grind. One of the most popular and most effective though, is pretty simple: Asking yourself which one has the best loot.
Alliance Vanguard and Horde Expedition
Much like in Burning Crusade, the first faction you encounter in Wrath will be based on your side, and the quartermaster for either side will carry items that are mostly the same stat-wise.
At revered and level 78, the Alliance will get access to the Sawed-Off Hand Cannon, while the Horde gets the Sin’dorei Recurve Bow. These weapons edge out the Crossbow of Relentless Strikes for DPS, so if you’ve been carrying it around since 70, here’s a nice quick and dirty upgrade.

This Thanksgiving there is much to celebrate in game. Leveling from 70 to 80 is the most fun many of us have ever had leveling, there’s tons of shiny new gear in Northrend for everyone, and guilds everywhere are beginning to enter and enjoy the splendor that is Naxxramas.
But don’t let all this endgame stuff get in the way of the one true important achievement in Wrath.
After you’ve eaten your turkey dinner and said goodbye to the family, take some time and go kill 15 turkeys in under 3 minutes.
