Pick up this quest from Vile located at the Shadow Vault (43, 24) in Icecrown. Fly to 27, 39 and mount one of the Proto-Drakes. Use its Flame Breath to catch the building to the immediate north on fire eight consecutive times. Once complete, return to Vile for your reward.
