Easy squeasy:

1. Get item: Stormwind Banner (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45011) or the horde equiv

2. Line it up *just* in front of a BG flag and cast

3. If aligned properly this will cause the flag to be 100% unclickable from that side. This is because the item flag is larger than the other. Additionally, it will look almost EXACTLY like the BG flag, causing frustration and confusion for the other side.
