You are required to gather 4x Crystalsong Carrot and combine them with 4x Chilled Meat using the Stew Cookpot given to create Vegetable Stew.

The carrots can be found below Dalaran in Crystalsong Forest. You can fly down or take the Teleport to Violet Stand Crystal located in The Violet Gate (57, 46) in Dalaran. Once you have teleported down, you will want to scan around the trees closest to the river in the Western part of Crystalsong Forest, a prime location for Carrots is at the river’s bend (27, 43). Once you have gathered 4x Crystalsong Carrot, you will need to make a fire and combine them with 4x Chilled Meat using your Stew Cookpot. You can then fly or Teleport back up to Dalaran, located in the Violet Stand (15, 42) in Western Crystalsong Forest.

Once you are back in Dalaran, you will need to make your way to the Underbelly (Sewers) and hand your quest into Ajay Green (35, 57) at Cantrips and Crows.
